Camping!

This weekend we went camping with the Dunscombes at lake Monroe. This was the boys' first camping trip and they loved it. We went out on the Dunscombes boat, tubed and swam. We made smores, did sparklers, and the kids ran and ran. It was so fun to see them make up games to play (like ice cream store) and watch and hear them all interact. This was the first time ever that Will and Dane had slept together - me being the Sleep Nazi and all. But they did great! - both in their sleeping bags. Fell asleep quickly, slept thru noisy camper neighbors and didn't make a peep until morning. It was fun to all sleep in the same tent, our little family. Weekends like this make you appreciate the good, simple, important things in life. Can't wait for our next camping adventure!
