Will loves his new boots because he can do pretty much whatever he wants in them. He can tromp through the mud, water, and whatever else he comes across. He also has learned how to put them on all by himself, since they have the handy little pulls. This particular morning he was already sporting a hideous outfit, snacking on a popsicle, and carrying around his "La Cucharacha" when he decided to add his boots into the mix.
